Welcome! I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense Darcy Ribeiro (UENF) in Brazil.

I study mammal ecology and evolution. My primary goals are investigating why particular lineages are more morphologically diverse than others; identifying the main ecological and evolutionary mechanisms behind the emergence of geographic and temporal patterns of phenotypic change; and understanding the heritability and dissemination of morphological diversity along the taxonomic hierarchy.

My research is currently funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and the American Society of Mammalogists.
